Privacy Policy

1. Privacy at a Glance

General information. The following gives a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data that can be used to personally identify you.

This website deliberately does without cookies and externally embedded fonts. For anonymous visitor statistics, we use a privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics service (see section 7) – no tracking or identification of individual people takes place.

2. Data Controller

The party responsible for data processing on this website is:

3. How We Collect Your Data

4. How We Use Your Data

The details you provide via the request form (name, email, phone if given, budget, project description, delivery preference, reference photo) are used exclusively to process your enquiry, for follow-up questions, and to fulfil any resulting order – including customer service and invoicing (e.g. for bank transfer or TWINT payments). Data is only passed on to third parties where necessary to fulfil your order (see section 6).

5. Your Rights

You have the right, at any time and free of charge, to request information about the origin, recipients and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have the right to request correction or deletion of this data. If you have given consent to data processing, you can withdraw it at any time for the future. Simply contact the data controller named above.

We only store your enquiry data for as long as necessary to process your enquiry or fulfil an order, after which it is deleted.

6. Contact Form

When you contact us via the request form, the details you enter are transmitted to us for processing your enquiry. Technical delivery is handled via the external form service FormSubmit. This means your entered data (including any optionally uploaded image) is transferred to that provider's servers in order to forward it to us by email. Details on FormSubmit's own data processing can be found in its privacy policy.

7. Web Analytics (GoatCounter)

To see how often our site is visited, we use the analytics service GoatCounter. This service works entirely without cookies and does not store any persistent, personally identifying markers. Your IP address is only briefly processed server-side, hashed together with a randomly rotating value (salt) to count unique visits – after that, this value can no longer be traced back to your actual IP address and is not stored permanently. No profile of your behaviour on this or other websites is created. Data is processed on servers within the EU. Only aggregated information is collected, such as pages viewed, referring links, approximate location (country/region), and browser and screen information.
